I am a graduate of ITT Tech and have my Associates degree in computers. I am continuing with schooling to receive my Bachelors. I am also preparing for the CCNA certification test. Before college I attended Niagara Orleans B.O.C.E.S. (trade school) in the computer tech. field, and received my certificate of completion. As you could guess from the logo I am also a Christian.

Tech Squad prides itself on fixing your computer accurately, but since we are only human sometimes things can be over looked or missed therefore we have implemented a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If the same exact issue comes back within 30 days call us and we will take care of it for you at no additional cost.
Unconditional Remote Repair Guarantee:
Alright so we fixed your computer about a week ago but you opened an e-mail from a friend that contained a new virus and that money you just spent fixing the computer a week ago...well you might as well have flushed it down the drain, right? WRONG!! Tech Squad offers one free fix for up to 10-days after we have fixed your computer.
What We Do Not Guarantee:
1. We do not guarantee separate issues that may occur within your warranty period, for example if you call us for virus removal but 2 weeks later you complain about how you can't access the internet anymore THIS WOULD BE CONSIDERED A NEW ISSUE! Tech Squad always verifies internet connectivity before returning a machine to you and we cannot be responsible if you lose internet connectivity. The only time we warranty connectivity issues is if that was the original problem to begin with.
2. A new issue occurs. As you know computers are very complicated machines and files can become corrupt or hardware can fail at any time. We are not responsible to fix any new issues that can my crop up in the 30 days since we last saw your computer.
Our Virus Removal Guarantee:
We guarantee that we will remove all active viruses from your computer. We DO NOT guarantee that you will not get a new virus. That would be like a Doctor guaranteeing you won't ever get sick again!! If you suspect that the same virus is still in your computer call us and we will inspect your computer. Every file on your computer has a time and date of when it was created or modified. If that date and time was after our repair that is not covered and you will be charged full price for removal. If, however, the file is dated on or before our initial visit we'll most certainly remove it free of charge.
Optimization or Slow Computer Guarantee:
This one is pretty simple. If you had Tech Squad optimize your computer and it becomes slow again, call us back and we will investigate. Obviously if the slow-down was caused by a new virus or hardware failure or a new application/program that was installed by the customer then the guarantee is void.
Computer Crashing
Usually caused by a bad update, your computer will either display a blue screen with white type or simply reboot itself. With each reboot windows logs what exactly caused the issue. If we repair your system and the same exact blue screen with the same exact codes come back we will fix your computer for free. If however, the codes are different, indicating a separate issue then you will be charged our standard rate.
Something stopped working....
If after we complete repairs to your computer and you notice a program you use no longer works correctly but did work correctly before we performed the repairs, well do whatever we can to try to resolve the issue. However there are three (3) caveats to this warranty. 1. You must have used the application within 2 days before our repair. If you haven't used the program for several months we cannot be liable since there could of been many things that broke the application. 2. The application must not work on its first attempt. For example if the application works fine for several days after our visit and then stops working that is a new issue and is not covered. 3. You must have a legal license and be the registered owner of the program in question. We never fix or repair or can we ever reinstall hacked/bootlegged/pirated or otherwise software for any reason. Dont bother asking.
Issues not mentioned above:
The bottom line is this:Tech Squad's warranty is IF THE SAME PROBLEM REOCCURS, WE FIX IT FOR FREE!! They key is SAME PROBLEM. A lot of the times symptoms can look very similar or exactly the same for different problems or issues. However, most of the time the computer records error codes that will enable us to prove whether or not it was the same problem is re-occurring or whether it is a new issue causing the same symptoms. If it's a new issue then you are not covered. If it's a re-occurring issue then you are covered. If we cannot prove whether or not it is the same issue then it is assumed that it is and we will honor our warranty in this case.
